Yo homies!
well it certinally has been a very event filled week, car crash, fell off my bike, pbs at beach, some epic training times and awesome resluts with my healthy lifestyle challage with my cell.
Yip so my car crash was pretty horrific and scared me sooo much. was turning right and didnt see anything eventhough i checked so many times, and a speeding motorbike hit me, car was munted and his motorbike but we were both un hurt....fullf!!
it really chopped me up and was praying hard as to why and what im suposed to learn from it. a few personal things came up and it was something the enemy really used to creap in, and admittedly i made a few hiccups (sorry mum and dad) but i didnt let it ovecome me. God has blessed me tonight as i prayed for a new car as i could not afford to pay for repairs but for $75 bux dad got pretty much a complete new car, all the parts except one door i got and even more, like new CVs radiator carborator, etc etc man God is good...
Yeah and training has been good this week, got a flippn epic PB in the loop (thanks coach for the threat! it worked) and some real quality times on the track, pulled out a 25.8sec for a 200m.
Also Bec left on tuesday to go to OZ/Hong Kong then on to India!! so excited for her, we had a goodbye dinner and was sooooo yumm! hah as indian is! cant wait to watch her, and she will come back with a medal (just speaking it into being!!)
Am starting to really develop my business now, got lots of forms and planning exercise sessions to do with people (if your interested gimme a txt!!) and also getting geared up to train an athlete for course.
Today i had a day all to myself (except class) was so good to just chill and havnt done that in sooo long.
God spoke to me whilst putting out the rubbish! haha, just about sorting issues in life out and not throwing them away then wanting them back (prob dnt make sence but it does to me) wierd as place for God to talk to me but i heard Him! hah
*Deep Breath! yeah so we shall see what tommrow brings tommrow!
All for now
Amen
Haere Ra!
